The only pro is that the company allows people to work from the comfort of home.

Minpunten

Unorganized, Training doesn't prepare you for taking live calls, and the biggest issue is payroll. My first check was missing 2 days pay.....Way to make a first impression!

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Minpunten

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
