If you have little to no BPO experience, TTEC's a great platform to start with. Everyone's very friendly and accomodating.

Minpunten

Low salary, mandatory OT applied.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Minpunten

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
