My position was 100% remote. Pay is fair and you get reimbursed for your internet services if you are on the professional side.

Minpunten

Upper Management is totally disconnected from employees. It's also hard to get information from HR it's basically like calling into a call center and everything they say is something that they look up in a knowledge base.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Minpunten

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
