      Pluspunten

      Good corporate structure with a clear chain of command to address issues. Very open to employee feedback and regularly offered employee feedback surveys. Policies are very clear and expected for the industry.

      Minpunten

      Too much importance placed on individual opinion makes it appear as there is favoritism whether there is or not. knee jerk reactions have resulted in embarrassing results.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Minpunten

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Minpunten

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
