Pluspunten

First, the quality of the training is awesome. Second, the Supervisor on the production floor are very supportive self-growth. Lastly, you can definitely approach the managers - Open door policy.

Minpunten

Since we`re in the BPO Industry, taking in too phone calls are a bit tiring. The only thing that I hated the most was the priority for taking in calls. For example, a guy has a good survey stats and the other guy don't. The guy that has a good survey stat will still continously receive calls. On the other hand, the guy that doesn't have a good stats for survey would take less calls.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Minpunten

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
