The managers are really good and help to try and make it a fun environment. They understand the stresses related to call center work and help to try and balance this.

Minpunten

The campaign i was working on had a fairly steep learning curve, but this is offset by a wealth of support that is provided

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Minpunten

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
