Toxic Microsoft ideology. - Huge technical debt, deteriorating dev and support teams. - Saving a few bucks by recruiting third string (technical) talent. - Unattractive stock, no 401k match. - Tenuous balance sheet due to ballooning expenses, overbuilding, and exposure to commercial real estate.
