It is hard work at Uber but you get some much in return: you are working with the most talented and intelligent people in the industry, you get so much responsibility that allows you to develop yourself, if you perform well there are lots of opportunities for promotions,.....

Work life balance can sometimes be a challenge but it is all about learning to prioritize and what you get in return is so much more

I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
