Some smart people, especially in the verticals (energy, retail, financial services).
Minpunten
Very poor people management. Giant and inefficient matrix structure makes simple things very difficult. Immense bureaucracy, with lots of people that really don´t care about customers or employees. Mediocre delivery, based on "throw more people at the problem". Customer management is primitive. Everything is highly centralized. Lots of critics, very few real doers. Creativity is NOT encouraged.
