Received an email asking for additional information for a given requisition. After filling that out I was contacted by phone a few days later to schedule an in person interview at the facility the job would be for. Hiring event consisted of around 30 people, everyone was given two interviews. One was typical behavioral interview and they wanted all the answers in STAR format. Other was slightly more technical and just went over the stuff I had on my resume

My interview was strictly behavioral and was done by the senior manager of my team. They honestly didn’t ask anything super technical just the usual follow ups on the contents of my resume. It was honestly pretty easy all things considered.

The interview process was very professional and easy to navigate to. It was done via Skype and you will likely be speaking to a hiring manager. The questions were more logical and a background of there systems was given.

The interview was very laid back. They explained what I would work on as a Systems Engineer. It was more of a discussion than an interview. It seemed like the manager was trying to sell me the job.
