Was invited to an onsite interview event through email. Travel expenses were taken care of for you (hotel, plane, car, etc). Group of people who were invited to the interview event watched and listened to an presentation about the company. Afterwards your potential future managers would come and pick you up from the room to have an interview with you. I had four interviews with four different people that day. Once all the interviews were done you came back to the presentation room and filled out a form with questions such as your preference of mangers that you interviewed with that day and other questions related to the interview experience. Overall the interview event was well run and all the managers I spoke with were friendly and nice.
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
They described a bit about the role, and then asked standard interview questions, followed by consenting to a background check. nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and took a real interest in what I had to say.
