They asked me to fill out a form expanding on my experience with the different qualifications for the job. I was also asked about security clearance and salary expectations.

Lots of resume questions that did not follow each other, as if it was the first time the interviewers saw my resume. Team did not seem to have any direction and gave the indication that there would be multiple projects being done at any time and that there would probably overtime, i.e. lack of work-life balance.
