1- Screening by phone (very easy questions, general) 2- HR interview with department manager, excepted manager in-site (deep questions about the major and position) 3- VP, Manager interview in-site (personal questions)

The process began with an online application, this was followed by video interview which consisted of 5 questions in a standard video interview format (30 seconds to prepare an answer and a few minutes to answer) and if you were successful then an assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of a group task, a presentation, a case study, tests and interviews.
