Frank was also a founding member of the NEX40 group, a CCA initiative designed for members aged 40 and under to connect, exchange ideas, and foster collaboration as the next generation of small business leaders. He has steadfastly advocated for our members, sharing his expertise and insights to help countless small business owners succeed. His dedication, and deep understanding of member needs have made him an invaluable asset not only for our members but also his colleagues. Introducing Kaeleigh Barker – one of CCA Global Partners' brightest stars! 🌟 Join us in celebrating her incredible work and all the energy she brings to the team! 👏 Kaeleigh officially became part of the CCA family 10 years ago as a Content Specialist within our CCA For Social Good division. However, her journey with us began even earlier, interning during her winter and summer breaks while she was still in school. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of roles, including Communications Specialist and Director of Strategy. Her present role is on the CCA For Social Good team as the Director of Growth and Engagement, where she drives brand development, builds communications strategies, participates in nonprofit market development, and supports the advancement of our childcare market. In 2014, she collaborated with Howard Brodsky on a groundbreaking cooperative research project that ultimately led to the creation of Cooperatives for a Better World. Denise Sayer, Kaeleigh's supervisor, shares, "Kaeleigh is an amazing asset to CCA Global Partners, its divisions and a true friend and colleague to all the people she has worked with over the years." Outside of work, Kaeleigh is passionate about field hockey, mountain biking, and playing the piano as a self-taught musician. Meet Sean Pare, the Director of Operations in our Savings4Members division! Assuming the role of Director of Operations seven years ago, Sean has inspired his team to consistently deliver substantial savings on products and services that our members rely on daily. In the past year, Sean has guided the Savings4Members division to implement several innovative initiatives aimed at maximizing member savings. The "Behind the Savings" social media series, aimed at effectively communicating the division's mission, processes, and team members to a digital audience, is a prime example. The series has now evolved into a long-standing program that recognizes and celebrates the hard work Sean's team does every day. We are immensely grateful for Sean's dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to our members. Please join us in celebrating Brynna O'Neal; CCA Global's Central Processing Expeditor extraordinaire! Brynna joined the ProSource team in Earth City, MO 10 years ago as an Expeditor. There, she excelled at her role and proved her natural talent for the operational tasks and behind-the-scenes processes. That made her transition onto the Operations team and her current role in 2017 that much easier! In the last 7 years, Brynna has touched countless reports, orders, and documents, resulting in over 100 million dollars in flooring sales. Her ability to form meaningful relationships with vendors and builders has been invaluable to the team and CCA Global Partners. Brynna's supervisor, Melissa Newman, shares, "If there ever was a behind the scenes figure who helps make the machine run, Brynna is that person. Her attention to detail and knack for organization just makes all our lives a little bit easier and allows the Sales team to focus on what they do best." Thank you for all you do Brynna! ✨ Meet Charles Parko, the data wizard behind the curtain!✨ Charlie has been with CCA Global Partners for 7 years, during which time he has worn many hats, such as Database Administrator, SQL Developer, and currently, Manager of Data Engineering. He ensures that CCA employees and members have access to the numbers that drive their success and inform their business decisions. He believes that "Data is the key to everything. By making data available to the members, it allows them to make well-informed decisions on how to operate their businesses. Accurate and timely data helps the members be more profitable." For the past few years, Charlie has been leading the charge in modernizing the CCA Global Partners data warehouse. He has even been researching available AI technology to allow us to utilize machine learning in the future. These opportunities will revolutionize how we set our members up for success and arm us with the knowledge necessary to continue growing. We're incredibly grateful for Charlie's dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to our members' success. We’re excited to highlight Christel Barbee, our outstanding HR Senior Employee Development Specialist! In August, Christel celebrated her 5-year anniversary with CCA Global Partners. Over the years, she has been dedicated to enhancing development opportunities for our employees. For example, she meets with new hires after 90 days to discuss their onboarding experiences and delivers feedback on their assessments. Looking ahead, Christel will be leading the rollout of new development initiatives for the entire company after the new year. Christel is passionate about her work and the people she works with. She says, "As part of the HR team, I have the privilege of supporting our employees daily, enabling them to concentrate on what truly matters—our members." Over her 13-year tenure with CCA Global Partners, Veronica has successfully driven restructuring efforts to bolster support for our groups and members. Her collaborative spirit and dynamic approach underpin the success of every initiative she works on. Her advice for new hires? "Be yourself, leverage resources, and learn from every experience." One of Veronica's recent projects was hosting Dirk Beveridge from We Supply America during his visit this summer. Dirk toured Savings4Members, met with the team, and highlighted the vital role of independent distributors in driving the economy and supporting local businesses. For August's leadership spotlight, we caught up with Jackie Elliott! Jackie has been with us for three years and works out of CCA Global Partners' St Louis office. She started as a Product Data Specialist before she was promoted to her current role as our Product Data Manager. In this role, Jackie and her team manage EDI data and collaborate with manufacturers and distributors to ensure product data is accurate and meets standards giving our members and suppliers peace of mind. To Jackie, it's all about helping others, and to her, having the opportunity to make a difference is a requirement when it comes to her job - something she's grateful to have found working at CCA. We are equally as grateful to have Jackie as a part of our team, and we look forward to the incredible work she and her team will do in helping independent, family-owned businesses succeed!
