To mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, October at NiCE was all about awareness and action! NiCErs learned practical tips for self-checks, enjoyed thoughtful reminders to prioritize self-care at home, and wore pink with pride. Across the globe, NiCErs laced up for walks and runs with their teams, families, and furry friends for our annual Every Step Counts initiative – every step converting into donations for cancer charities worldwide.

NiCErs in Pune – and their families – came together once again for NiCE Striders, our annual marathon celebrating wellness, unity, and giving back. This year’s run was more than just kilometers – it was a stride toward meaningful impact. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and our commitment to inclusion, NiCE proudly contributed funds through the Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud for breast cancer screening and awareness camps, and to support hearing-impaired students. Whether it was 3, 5, or 10km, every step taken was a step toward awareness, better health, and connection.
NiCErs around the world celebrated Diwali with vibrant festivities – from crafting diyas and rangolis to enjoying traditional Indian treats. In our India office – between numerous team celebrations – hundreds of NiCErs joined a colorful décor challenge filled with creativity and connection.
