One of the main events of the day was spending a night outdoors, known as #nukuyΓΆulkona. π Our #TeamNokia headed to Kuusamo to hike one of the most popular trails, the legendary Karhunkierros Trail (also known as The Bear's Trail or The Bear's Ring). After a successful yet exhausting hike, they spent the night near a lake, surrounded by beautiful scenery. We are happy to see our team enjoying amazing, team-bonding time together. π€

Nokia Bangalore organized a one-day workshop on July 26, 2024, specifically for technical minds from premier Indian institutes such as IITs, NITs, and IIITs. The event featured keynote speeches, hands-on lab sessions, and demonstrations of 6G use cases. The participating students posed insightful and high-quality questions, which were thoroughly addressed by the presenters. This workshop marks another initiative by Nokia to strengthen its collaboration with academic institutions.

Our #TeamNokia in Romania had an incredible opportunity to visit the dear "grandparents of the mountains". Nestled in a remote village in the forest, these wonderful elders lead an isolated life with limited resources and support. Nokia volunteers brought food and other essentials, but more importantly, they brought their time to help make their lives a little easier. Seeing their resilience and spirit despite their challenges was a powerful reminder of the importance of community and compassion. πΎπ‘

Recently, cycling enthusiasts and fitness lovers pedalled with purpose, rallying behind a cause close to our hearts. We proudly joined hundreds of athletes in the nationwide event, Hope on Wheels. Every kilometre cycled turned into euros, and the entire amount raised was donated to the construction of Hope Hospital, specializing in paediatric palliative care. π΄ββοΈπ₯
