With career mentoring, fireside chats with our Executive Leadership Team, and final project showcases, our interns aren't just growing skills — they’re growing confidence, networks, and careers. At a time when it’s easy to hide behind a screen, our interns are stepping up building communication skills, professionalism, and learning the power of simply showing up. 💼 Curious about our next intake? We at PropertyGuru Group believe that every Guru brings something unique to the table. We strive to foster a culture in which everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. To mark Pride Month in June, we hosted a regional webinar on the evolution of DEI and global inclusion trends, highlighting the importance of visibility, psychological safety for LGBTQ+ colleagues, and the power of allyship through Awareness, Acknowledgement, Accountability, and Action. We also hosted in-person roundtable discussions across our offices to explore how we can foster a more inclusive and socially-aware workplace. In Singapore, we were proud to take part in the Inclusive Careers Fair 2025, where we connected with exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds. As a leading company, we have the responsibility—and the opportunity—to lead by example and set new standards for inclusion in the workplace. There’s always something to learn, share, and improve on. While Pride Month may be over, our commitment to inclusion continues—by building a culture of respect, equity, and everyday action, all year round at PropertyGuru. #BeMoreBeAGuru #CreateWhatsNext #DiversityAndInclusion #Pride

Singapore – June 17, 2025 – PropertyGuru Group (“The Group” or “PropertyGuru”), Southeast Asia’s leading1 property technology (“PropTech”) company, has unveiled a new brand film introducing the ‘Everyone Welcome’ filter, a feature designed to support a more inclusive rental experience for all. The ‘Everyone Welcome’ filter highlights listings that are open to renters from all walks of life, creating an empowering search experience, especially for communities who may have previously felt overlooked. For some communities, the search for a home can still be clouded by concerns of bias or exclusion, whether due to race, religion, occupation, sexual orientation or lifestyle. In fact, one in four Singaporeans have experienced racial discrimination when renting or buying property, underscoring just one of the barriers some renters face. Because every housing journey is shaped by different lived experiences, the ‘Everyone Welcome’ filter addresses these concerns, helping renters discover inclusive spaces easily, and encouraging landlords and agents to lead with openness and empathy. When people feel seen, heard, and valued, they can truly do their best work and build better products for our customers. Last week, we had the privilege of participating in the Inclusive Careers Fair 2025, where we connected with incredible talent from diverse backgrounds. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect with us and share their stories. #BeMoreBeAGuru #CreateWhatsNext #InclusiveCareersFair #PinkFest #DiversityAndInclusion

What does it take to build cities that are greener, more inclusive, and ready for the future? At PropertyGuru Group, we’re turning this question into action. This month, we launched our 2024 Sustainability Report with media events in both Singapore and Malaysia, sparking important industry conversations across inclusion and sustainable living solutions that put the power in the hands of our consumers - property seekers across Southeast Asia. 🔓 In Singapore, we officially launched our ‘Everyone Welcome’ feature, a first-of-its-kind feature signalling inclusive and diversity-friendly listings, reaffirming our commitment to housing equity and community belonging. Today, 1 in 4 rental listings on PropertyGuru Singapore are tagged as ‘Everyone Welcome’. 🌿 In Malaysia, we explored real-time buyer behaviour, renter barriers, and the growing momentum for green homes — where 91% of consumers are curious about sustainability and 83% say they’d pay more for features that deliver real impact. Together with media, influencers, and industry partners, we explored key housing challenges in Southeast Asia. In Singapore, we discussed racial bias in the rental market and initiatives that can support property seekers with a discrimination-free experience. In Malaysia, we focused on affordable and scalable green housing, bridging the trust gap in sustainable design and climate-resilient housing. 👉 Read the full Sustainability Report 2024: https://bit.ly/PGSR2024LL
