It’s a new week and another chance to reset the rhythm of your working week. This October, as part of our campaign to support World Mental Health Awareness, we’re continuing our #RechargeForResilience campaign at PropertyGuru Group. From tennis and weekend hikes to digital detoxes and journaling, our Gurus are showing that recharging looks different for everyone and that celebrating our own unique ways to rest is what makes us more powerful at work. For our senior Tech recruiter Ajit Chaudhary, learning to swim is testament to his lifelong commitment to learning, good health and pushing for more. And this Friday, we’ll be putting balance into practice with a company-wide day off to pause, rest, and recharge. Taking time out isn't a luxury, at PropertyGuru Group we believe it's essential to fuel our performance. So this week, how will you support your own Mental Health Awareness? #BeMoreBeAGuru #mentalhealth
This October, we’re marking World Mental Health Awareness with our campaign "Be Balanced: #RechargeForResilience". And next Friday, 10th October, every Guru will get an extra day off to pause, rest, and recharge. All month long, Gurus are sharing the simple ways they build resilience — from workouts and family time to quiet moments with a book or coffee. For Balamurugan Mohandossgandhi, our Head of engineering, recharging looks like a (competitive! energizing! fun!) whole afternoon of badminton, getting his head in the game and clearing way to #focus. At PropertyGuru, we believe that when we talk openly about mental health, we break stigma and strengthen a culture that values wellbeing. 💚 How will you recharge this month? #BeMoreBeAGuru
This October, PropertyGuru Group is marking World Mental Health Awareness Month with our campaign, "Be Balanced: #RechargeForResilience". On Friday 10th October, we're having a company-wide day off to pause and recharge - yes, you read that right, we're giving all our employees this special day to rest and recharge for mental health. And throughout the month, we’re asking our Gurus to share the small but meaningful ways they recharge for resilience to help raise awareness, spark conversations and inspire others to prioritise mental health. For our CFO, Joe Dische, that might mean a game of tennis, a hike, or simply enjoying a quiet coffee. Watch this space to find out how other Gurus will be using their time to recharge for resilience. Because we believe that when we openly support mental health, we help break the stigma and build a culture where caring for our wellbeing is valued and encouraged. Who’s with us? #BeBalanced #MentalHealthAwareness #BeMoreBeAGuru
This month we’re launching a special campaign in support of Mental Health Awareness. Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing the small but personally meaningful ways our Gurus stay balanced and #RechargeForResilience to help raise awareness about this important topic, spark conversations and inspire others to prioritise mental health. For our leader of Talent Acquisition & DEI, Amanda Dew, switching off from work by spending quality time with her daughter brings out her artistic/sporty/playful side while recharging to come back even more focused. On Friday 10th October, PropertyGuru Group is giving all our employees a company-wide day off to pursue their own individual ways of recharging. Who’s with us? Watch this space! #BeMoreBeAGuru #BeBalanced #MentalHealthAwareness
At PropertyGuru Group, our purpose has always been about creating spaces where communities can thrive. That purpose recently came to life in Vietnam, where around 50 Gurus from PropertyGuru Vietnam travelled to Lào Cai to mark the reopening of Tằng Loỏng Primary School. After the devastation caused by #TyphoonYagi in 2024, the school has been rebuilt with the support of our Vietnam team, partners, and a VND 500 million contribution from PropertyGuru. Moments like these remind us that real impact happens when we come together to help those in need, guided by the belief that collective actions can make a positive difference in people and communities. To our Vietnam Gurus, thank you for showing what it means to Be Gurus For Good. #BeGurusForGood #WeAreGurus #CreateWhatsNext
August is special for student talent at PropertyGuru Group, under our signature hashtag #Prodi-G early careers programme. This week in Vietnam we welcomed our first-ever local language #Prodi-G cohort, sponsored by country manager Duong Bach and his sales leadership team, taking a big step in our commitment to emerging local talent and maximising customer impact across Southeast Asia. At the same time, we’re celebrated just how far other Prodi-G students have come with the graduation of two of our earlier Prodi-G cohorts - an uplifting moment filled with awe and pride for us as our Prodi-G students competed to showcase their business impact presentations, and win the opportunity to fly to Singapore HQ to meet the CEO Lewis Ng and CTO Manav Kamboj. Congratulations to both our student interns and 2024-25 Graduate intake. Designed entirely in-house by our Talent Acquisition team led by Amanda Dew MCIPD, our Prodi-G Early Careers programme was built to give early talent more than just a “first job.” It’s about building relationships, solving real problems, learning on the go, being mentored (and mentoring back), and gaining the storytelling skills that build confidence for the road ahead. To date we’ve launched 4 student cohorts, with a 92% completion rate. And with 80% of this year’s students based outside Singapore, we’re growing talent where it matters most. Follow our careers page if you’d like to join a future Prodi-G early careers cohort!
At PropertyGuru Group, we're all about providing our Gurus with the technology they need to focus on the things that matter. Thrilled to be partnering with Workday, which makes it easier for us to do what we do best! #WeAreGurus #BeMoreBeAGuru #BeEmpowered
To mark Singapore’s 60th year of independence and celebrate the nation we’ve proudly called home for the past 18 years, we’re showing up in culture by honoring the people and stories behind every home. We’ve partnered with iconic streetwear designer Mark Ong (aka Mr. Sabotage) to launch a first-of-its-kind collaboration; a reversible jacket inspired by property agents, the everyday nation builders who juggle ambition and identity, structure and soul. It’s a tribute to the Singapore spirit, and to the agents who carry that same duality while building something bigger than themselves. And we partnered with Jazreel Lim, Shaun Dhillon, and Sheryl Yeo, property agents from ERA and PropNex, who starred in this campaign and brought these stories to life! In true PropertyGuru Group spirit, we’re turning this into a nationwide hunt for 10 limited jackets. Four jackets have already been found, with six more still out there. Follow @propertyguru on IG to join the chase! #SG60 #PGHomeGrown
