nCino's 9th Annual Extra Life Charity Game Day at HQ helped raise $6,000+! 🎮✨ nCino employees raised funds for Maynard Children's Hospital in Greenville, NC by playing games, entering prize raffles, and purchasing Extra Life swag. 100% of proceeds went directly to help kids get the healthcare they need. This year, we raised $6,090, and have raised over $80,000 since beginning this tradition in 2017! 🙌 Every dollar donated, game played, and raffle ticket purchased makes a real difference in a child's life. We're not done yet—we'll be finding more ways to give back before the year ends!
At nCino, we take great pride in the places we work and live! This summer alone, volunteers from our Wilmington HQ collected over 1,530 cigarette butts and logged more than 35 hours cleaning up our beautiful coastline at Wrightsville Beach. We're proud to see our employees show up for our community week after week and truly Live the Six.

This June, we proudly celebrated Pride Month at our offices around the globe! 🌈💖 Our nPride Employee Resource Group put together a variety of events to bring employees together, both in-person and virtually. From happy hours and bracelet-making to bingo and an LGBTQ+ inclusion workshop, there were plenty of opportunities to celebrate. At nCino, we’re committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where voices are heard and every person feels supported. The Diaspora, one of nCino’s six Employee Resource Groups, hosted a Juneteenth celebration that brought both in-office and remote colleagues together to honor freedom, heritage, and community. The event featured a powerful discussion and documentary on African American culinary history, and inspired important conversations about resilience and the significance of Juneteenth. Through events like this, The Diaspora continues to foster connection, celebrate heritage, and honor the legacy of this historic day!
Our Veterans Network ERG recently hosted the annual Murph Challenge in Wilmington, NC, bringing colleagues together to honor veterans, push their limits, and enjoy a rewarding workout. Each sign-up directly supported Canines for Service, making a real difference for veterans and their families. nCino VetNet is proud to sweat for something meaningful and honor those who serve. 💪🇺🇸
In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, our AAPI Alliance ERG hosted a scavenger hunt at our Wilmington HQ! Participants searched for red envelopes, cherished in many Asian cultures as symbols of luck, prosperity, and joy. Traditionally shared during celebrations, these envelopes carry blessings and good fortune—just like the exciting prizes hidden inside! 🌏🎉
We take great pride in the places we work and live. We're also... competitive. For Global Volunteer Month, we challenged our employees around the world to clean up 25 pounds of trash in their respective locations. All together, they collected over 900 pounds of trash! 🗑️ 🎉
