We just released our 2023 Sustainability Report, which highlights our achievements in each of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) focus areas of People, Products, Planet and Governance. We made tremendous progress on our ESG and sustainability goals! In Minneapolis, our Global Women’s Network hosted an employee breakfast and panel discussion, which included nVent Board Members Sherry Aaholm, NACD.DC and Nicola Palmer, and nVent EVP and CMO Martha Claire Bennett. Special thanks to our guests from the Minnetonka High School Jazz Band for sharing their music with us! 🎷 We also had celebrations in our other locations all over the world. There were seminars, games, photo booths, impressive cakes, coffee carts and more. Most importantly, these celebrations gave us all the opportunity to connect with and appreciate each other. Last weekend, our ADAPT ERG leaders and other nVent employees took the Polar Plunge to raise money for the Special Olympics. More than 20 nVent team members donned the ADAPT signature red capes and braved the 36F water.
