Happy Holidays from nVent!
Our production supervisors are uniquely skilled professionals who oversee manufacturing processes for a variety of value streams. They coordinate and facilitate daily operations of the assigned value stream to provide adequate resources, ongoing work direction, and problem solving to ensure business goals are met. On top of that, they are responsible for leading large teams of operators – which means a large portion of their time is spent leading people.
Leading companies conduct employee surveys to measure engagement, organizational health, manager/team effectiveness and culture. At nVent, we take employee feedback seriously and use it to create a stronger workplace that employees are proud of. Our people thrive in an environment where they can bring bold ideas, be authentic and build the future of a more sustainable and electrified world because their input is taken into account.
We are proud to share our Chair and CEO Beth Wozniak, was honored last night as the Twin Cities Business Person of the Year! Beth, thank you for your leadership. Congratulations on your accomplishments!
