Pluspunten
good for beginners in their 3 to 5 years of IT career, post that not a great company for people with core technical and architecture skills. Not much of a growth in that space but good for people who was to in the functional side of business etc.
Minpunten
Especially in the IT technology segment, highly unorganized, good for people with less technical or design capabilities but good at giving a good dramatic show events etc. since none of the senior level folks have any clue on the technology. Most of them are non technical from finance backgrounds or other backgrounds, so all they understand is fancy PPT's and showman ship. So people with good radio jockey skills and less IT technical knowledge will have a great time in this company
