They are a lot of fun to work for and organize various different events throughout the year for their employees (mainly for those who work in the Netherlands where their headquarters are based). Otherwise, they do put an effort to bring their employees from other countries to visit their headquarters. HR seems to have a genuine interest in their colleagues and is always helpful.

It's growing too fast and change is constant which can make the work environment feel chaotic and lead to a stressful work environment. Their products lack adequate training material and documentation. This makes their products hard to work with when implementing them, or when providing support to colleagues and customers who need help using them.
