As such, we utilize a variety of communication vehicles to keep employees up to date with CTG news, such as: • town hall conference calls led by our CEO, Filip Gydé, • an internally produced, semi-annual newsletter mailed to each employees home, • social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn (be sure to connect with us!), and of course • direct communication between CTG managers and employees Our communication efforts support our mission to provide real business value for our clients while also creating professional opportunities for our employees and value for our shareholders. Our intention is for all employees to understand they are valued members of our CTG team; we could not fulfill our clients’ needs without the unique skillsets our employees offer. When employees fulfill their assignments, our managers and recruiters work diligently to identify other open opportunities that align with the employees’ skillsets.
