We expect and hold all of our employees accountable to treating each other with respect and in a professional manner. To that end, all of our employees receive and acknowledge our Anti-Harassment Policy at the time of hire and on an annual basis thereafter that details these expectations and how to communicate their concerns. Our managers receive specialized harassment training focusing on modeling appropriate behavior. CTG’s employment policies assure our employees that there is always a vehicle of communication available to address any concern: your direct manager, your manager’s manager, or any Human Resource representative.
