Pluspunten

> Leadership from top management > Importance to values & ethics by top management > Ability to utilize the collective Knowledge within Infosys > Various types of opportunities which you can get if you are lucky

Minpunten

> Crappy middle management(2nd tier/3rd tier) - not aligned with the visions of top management(Board) > HR policies are primarily top-down & has lot of loop holes when it comes to salary issues. After every review, there will be one set of people losing out because of the top down approach. > HR & Finance is handled by single person & has led to company primarily focusing on quarterly results, margin & other financial metrics > No employee can know whether his/her salary is correct or not > No flexibility for employees to chose the kind of work they want to do > Onsite employees are made to slog at odd hours - no work-life balance & no good compensation for people slogging > No real contribution to IT community. Only consumption of good work from open source & other IT communities.
