Nice infrastructure, good peer group. People are professional and helpful. Good work environment, process oriented and data driven.

Minpunten

While it used to be one small company where there was transparency in policies and the overall perception as an employee friendly organization. But as the company grew, it seems like the core objectives are forgotten. Now a days it's only policies or ways to restrict individual growth and better compensation. In some way, the management might have had good objectives but they were horribly executed in last few years.
