Pluspunten

Few units/departments are really well, Better onsite opportunities. Employee friendly, and nothing much. Similar to usual IT company. Training offered to freshers is the best of everything.

Minpunten

Need to work on employee recognition in their talent and allocate properly. Poor salary structure. Too many policies in place and restriction. Only 20 leaves in a year, no sick leave, no work from home till 4-5 yrs exp.
