Dedicate Quality People to manage projects and conduct audits. Get to learn more about project execution etc. Great infrastructure Policies are revised based upon employees feedback.

Minpunten

Refitment of employess into project is sometimes not appropriate. Talents have to learn new things for temporary project purposes while their actual skills is not utilized to optimum level.
