Prior to accepting the offer letter, I was informed that there were multiple offices of the company located within my city, suggesting that relocation would not be necessary. However, upon joining, it became clear that these offices did not exist. The training and certification programs provided by the company, do not guarantee immediate project assignments, particularly for those without extensive professional experience, which defeats the purpose of an entry level role. Completion of the training comes with a time sensitive expectation to secure a project, as an extended period of project search will result in layoff, regardless of the lack of projects they have. In attempting to voice concerns and seek assistance, I've encountered challenges with certain leads who have shown a tendency to belittle those who express their needs.
