They will do everything in their power to not give you a raise unless you greatly exceed quota. Even then, they will try to find a loop hole to not give you one. Management wont push for you to be granted a raise, which in turn people are forced to leave. High turnover due to this, then they replace you with reps that have no sales experience and the other more experienced under paid reps are forced to mentor them without any compensation- making them feel under valued and leaving- a cycle you will see in every team, and every area of the business.
