The Belgian management team is the weakest part of the experience. Strong sense of favoritism and nepotism, which undermines trust and motivation. Toxic leadership behaviors are often tolerated or even rewarded. Long working hours are the norm rather than the exception, contributing to fatigue and burnout. Many employees are close to burnout but stay mainly because of the salary. Very short-term mindset: constant pressure to pull deals forward at all costs. This short-term pressure damages long-term customer relationships and credibility.
