      Great Clients and Scope to explore and drive initiatives, implement new technologies as long as directly working with clients.But within company, there is little scope to express your ideas or drive initiatives.

      Only one way communication is allowed. No feedback is ever taken. Resources are not consulted or asked for opinion but the decisions are always informed. In terms of work and quality of deliverables, margins are more important than quality. Billing on time is more important than outcomes. Attrition rate is very high. Very low (no) respect for Talented resources. Partners communication style is dismissive and do not take positive or negative feedback kindly. They can only mingle with submissive resources.

      Dishonest hiring practices. Recruiters will like through their teeth and then deny it later. They expect grunt slave robots not humans. Working on a contract (C2C) there was one of the worst professional experiences of my lifetime and lasted only five days due to the lies surrounding what the role was all about just to get a body in the door. Then abuse and discard that person? No thank you. This is a sweatshop worse than Accenture
